बेकायदेशीररीत्या विक्रीसाठी चालविलेला देशी दारुचा साठा राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाकडून जप्त

 

परभणी ➡️ राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाने बेकायदेशीर रीत्या देशी दारुची नवीन वर्षाकरीता विक्री करणाऱ्या टोळीला दिनांक 30 डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी रात्री 02 वाजता गोदावरी पुल शिर्शी बु. शिवार, ता. सोनपेठ, जि.परभणी येथे सापळा रचुन छापा टाकला आहे. आरोपीचे नाव पंकज अजय जैस्वाल व सुदर्शन प्रतापराव तुपसमुद्रे हे चारचाकी वाहन महींद्रा स्कॉर्पिओ ( एम.एच- 12- क्यु.जी- 7816) ने ब्रम्हपुरी कडुन शिर्शी कडे येतांना दिसुन आली. 

राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागाच्या सापळा रचलेल्या अधिकारी कर्मचारी यांनी सदर वाहनास थांबवुन घेराव घालुन झडती घेतली असता देशीदारु भिंगरी संत्रा 180 मिली क्षमतेचे एकूण 20 कागदी खोके यात प्रत्येक खोक्यात 48-48 प्रमाणे एकूण 960 सिलबंद बाटल्या आढळल्या याची किंमत वाहनासह रुपये 05 लाख 57 हजार 600  इतकी आहे. 

आरोपी पंकज अजय जैस्वाल व सुदर्शन प्रतापराव तुपसमुद्रे यांना अटक करण्यात आली आहे.  या आरोपी पैकी एक आरोपी टाकळी कुंभकर्ण ता. जि. परभणी व दुसरा आरोपी शाहूनगर, परभणी येथील रहीवाशी आहे, या आरोपींवर गुन्हा निरीक्षक, राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क परभणी या कार्यालयात नोंदविण्यात आला आहे. 

आरोपींकडे सापडलेला बेकायदेशीररित्या देशी दारुचा साठा कोठून आणला व कोणास वितरीत करनार होते. याचा पुढील तपास निरीक्षक सुशिल चव्हाण हे करीत आहेत.  या मोहिमत अधीक्षक, राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क परभणी रविकिरण कोले, निरीक्षक सु. अ. चव्हाण, सर्व दुय्यम निरीक्षक वि. एस. मंडलवार, ए.जे.सय्यद,  कॉन्सटेबल राहुल चौहाण, राहुल बोईनवाड, तसेच वाहन चालक  बालाजी कच्छवे सहभागी होते. 

मद्य खरेदी फक्त राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागा मार्फत जारी केलेल्या परावान्यातुनच घेण्यात यावी.  परभणी जिल्हयात नवीन वर्षाकरीता अवैध मद्य, बनावट व परराज्यातील विदेशी मद्य कोणी बाळगुन असेल किंवा विक्री करीत असेल तर याची राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क विभागास देण्यात यावी. विभागाचा फोन नंबर 02452-220373 वर संपर्क साधावा. असे आवाहन सुशिल चव्हाण निरीक्षक राज्य उत्पादन शुल्क, परभणी यांनी केले आहे.  

Stocks of illicit liquor sold for sale confiscated by the State Excise Department

PARBHANI ➡️ State Excise Department has arrested a gang for illegally selling local liquor for New Year on 30 December 2021 at 2 pm at Godavari Bridge, Shirshi Bu. Shivar, Ta. A trap has been set at Sonpeth, Parbhani district. The accused were identified as Pankaj Ajay Jaiswal and Sudarshan Prataprao Tupasamudre, a four-wheeler Mahindra Scorpio (MH-12-QG-7816) approaching Shirshi from Bramhapuri.

Officers and staff of the State Excise Department set a trap and cordoned off the vehicle. A total of 960 sealed bottles were found in each of the 20 paper boxes of 180 ml capacity. Accused Pankaj Ajay Jaiswal and Sudarshan Prataprao Tupasamudre have been arrested. One of the accused was arrested in Kumbhakarna taluka. Dist. Parbhani and another accused is a resident of Shahunagar, Parbhani.

Where did the illegal liquor found in the possession of the accused come from and to whom was it distributed? This is being further investigated by Inspector Sushil Chavan. Superintendent of State Excise Parbhani Ravikiran Kole, Inspector Su.A. Chavan All Deputy Inspector V.S. Mandalwar, A.J. Syed, Constable Rahul Chauhan, Rahul Boinwad and driver Balaji Kachhve were also present.

Liquor should be procured only with a license issued by the State Excise Department. In Parbhani district, if anyone is carrying or selling illegal liquor, counterfeit and foreign liquor for the new year, it should be reported to the state excise department.The department should be contacted on 02452-220373, appealed Sushil Chavan, Inspector, State Excise, Parbhani.
